Khun Lin is more and more worried about Nark. First, he is worried because she drives a bike to go to school and work. What if she gets into an accident? Second, why is she still spending time with Danny? Khun Lin is pretty much ready to do anything to get rid of Danny. If Danny doesn’t do better in school he will be expelled (Power trip much). Nark promises to help Danny study but Danny tries to explain to her that Khun Lin doesn’t care about his grades; Khun Lin is jealous of his relationship with Nark. Nark thinks Danny is crazy. How could Khun Lin look at a girl like her?
Mike takes care of Aom by feeding her food, medicine, and wiping her forehead, etc (You can tell that he is worried). We find out that he is also looking for a housekeeper. When he finally leaves for work, Aom – who is not sick anymore – quickly eats the food Mike cooked for her. She also proceeds to do some massive cleaning.
Mike picks her up and give her some money to go shopping. She needs to find a cute outfit since they are going for dinner. When Mike picks her up later, she’s all prettied up! There is this short pause when Mike is staring at her (And almost drooling too…)
Mike and Aom arrive first. While Aom is focused on the menu, Guy and Min get there too. Imagine her surprise when she sees Guy (No way to run).
Aom finally finds out that she is homeless and the end of the episode sees everyone finally back in Thailand!
Aom is frantically looking for Guy’s business card in her purse. She finally finds it and call him, but is unable to reach him. She again tries to contact Oom but ends up leaving a voice mail telling her that the cost of a 3 night stay is 30,000 baht (~$900). Where can she find that kind of money??!!!!
After roaming around the city, she has the idea of asking Mike for the money. She sneaks into his room when room service delivers his food. Mike sees her while he’s on the phone and is left speechless (I would seriously scream so loudly and call the cops). He continues his conversation and after he’s finally done, he tries to kick her out thinking that she’s a crazy fan girl in love with him (That sasaeng life).
Aom interrupts him and lets him know that he is definitely not her type . She then proceeds by asking him for $$$ saying that they are all Thai and that they should help each other (shameless much). Mike bursts into laughter and then gets frantic. He goes into a rant and details all the crazy things fans asks him to do: dancing, taking his sunglasses off for pictures, randomly asking him to sing a song, etc. The conversation goes no where and he ends up picking her up and throwing her outside.
I’m definitely ready for more interaction between our two main characters. The first episode was kind of slow so hopefully this one will make up for it.
Aom is awaken by the stewardess and immediately has a flashback of how badly she embarrassed herself. Other people would be mortified, but that is just not her… She quickly moves on and is impatiently waiting for a hotel representative. After waiting forever, she panicks and runs to the information counter. In a confusing mixture of English and Thai (her English, or more her lack of skills in English is so cute), she tries to explain to the customer representative that she is waiting for someone to pick her up.
She finally meets the hotel person who is here to get her. While Aom is enjoying her car ride to the hotel and admiring the Seoul view, Mike is sitting in the car focused on his phone. He sees her walking in the hotel, but it’s not clear if he recognizes her – either way he ignores her. I am actually surprised because I thought Pao didn’t reserve a hotel room for Aom, I guess out of guilt that’s the least he could do.
Starring Mike Pirath Nitipaisankul as Mike D. Angelo and Aom Sucharat Manaying as Aom
The episode starts with the director of Mike’s agency (Ananda Everingham) signing a new contract that marks the beginning of the singer’s career in Korea. The director insists on Mike being enthusiastic and fully prepared for this new project, which is obviously a lie.
Meanwhile Mike is practicing for his next performance. The song he dances to is “Break You Off,” one of his real life song. After his performance he is acclaimed by hysteric fan girls.
On the other side of town, Aom is talking to herself and obviously lacking inspiration. The first lines of her script are so cheesy that it makes you want to cringe. She begs for inspiration, but that actually would have to wait as she realizes she is starving. While eating dinner with her friend Orawon/Oom, they discuss selling the house. Orawon is trying to convince her, because she is sure to get a commission if she is able to convince Aom to sell her house. The dinner is cut short – the dishes look good, but the taste is something quite different.
